Orders
We
do not have an internet shopping basket, as we believe if you offer a
unique or personalsed gift service, then you should provide an individual
personalsed service, so we like to talk to our customers to determine
their needs. So pick up the telephone and contact us, or e-mail us with
your enquiry.
We
will endeavour to incorporate your requests into a design, and where appropriate
e-mail a copy of the design for approval.
Payment
by cheque with order is our preferred method of payment.
Delivery
We
only ship to UK postal addresses.
If
you live elsewhere and would like to place an order please contact us
for a quote.
We
aim to ship all orders within 14 working days of receiving your payment
(cleared funds); if we cannot, we will attempt to contact you and give
you the option to cancel your order.
Please
contact us if you require an item urgently.
Delivery
charges are dependant upon goods and method of delivery.
Small
non fragile items can be sent through normal post, but glassware must
be shipped through Parcel Force.
As
each item is individual, we can advise postage at time of order.
But,
generally a standard vase should cost no more than £8.00 if sent
by Parcel Force in secure and full protective packaging. This does not
include insurance should goods be damaged in transit.
Returns
& Complaints
If
you change your mind please contact us within 3 days of placing your order.
We
hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return
items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery
and we will either exchange them or refund you. Please note that we are
unable to refund postage costs unless the items are damaged or if we have
made a mistake. For your own protection, you should ensure the items are
adequately insured while in transit.
Personalised
items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or if we have made a
mistake.
